I recently purchased a new laptop running Win 10 which came with the free, built in One drive.
I signed into my paid, 100 GB OneDrive on the new laptop and I can access the files on the laptop but cannot access them online.
If I access OneDrive online from OneDrive Settings on the new laptop, it is the free cloud account that appears. Oddly, Settings says that I am using a certain amount of my 100 GB, yet none is accessible on the cloud.
How do I correct this, please?
