Windows Central Question

About 50% thru' the set-up [after critical updates] my new surface book said "power management issue" and shutdown & re-started to the "UEFI" screen. It would not shutdown normally and after a forced shutdown continued to start to the "UEFI" screen
which I could not escape from.

Spoke [eventually] to 3no.Microsoft Agents but none could come up with a simple remedy.

After being told I would have to may more to have it replaced! - we have returned it
but will probably buy another - any idea of what the problem was please?

Hi' , As of today I'm still waiting for the refund to top up the wallet again before I probably purchase another. It is a very clever piece of engineering and very well made [China!!!] but there is nothing else like it. Just a shame I wasted so much time and effort
on something that did not work. Computers did use to be "soak tested" years ago to ensure everything was as it should be but with the volumes these days that is probably not possible, acm50.
