Settings app missing in Windows 10 Technical Preview, where can I find it?

Settings app misssing in Windows 10 Technical Preview

Hello,
I have installed Windows 10 Technical Preview on my Lumia 820. But to my surprise, I could not open the Settings app.
There is no Settings app in the menu. Also "All Settings" from action centre just takes me to a blank page for a few seconds and then returns back. I controlled mobile data settings using store apps that provide shortcuts to the settings.
Is there no way to open settings? I can't even update my phone without opening Settings app.
Should I downgrade or is there any other solution available?

Hard reset... The only way!!

As usual, soft reset first, then hard reset if the problem isn't solved.

How to hard reset? Because my phone can't open the settings app to do a factory reset.. and i have tried the three reset button.. But no response at all..

wait for the next build which will be released this week I guess.. If you really need to use it then the only way is to revert w10 to wp8.1 using windows phone recovery tool then wait for the next build
