Settings for 1520 on T-Mobile

I just got a new Lumia 1520.3 from B&H and would like to know what (if anything) in settings I need to do before plugging in my SIM card. I actually don't have the SIM card yet because I didn't realize until I got the 1520 that it uses a nano-SIM and my T-Mobile 925 uses a different size. So I have to get a nano-SIM and also an adapter so the new SIM can work in my 925 which will become my backup.

Anyway, any geek settings I have to change since the phone wasn't specifically made for T-Mobile use?

T-mobile gave me a nano-SIM for free and changed the APN settings to T-Mobile's. Good to go.
