Share a folder in my pc with my windows phone over local Network.

So as my title says, I want to share a folder in my windows 10 pc with my Windows phone over home network through smb. I am using the app total commander in my phone. I have tried a lot but failed which means I am doing something Wrong. So if any one could point out the steps required from the beginning in case anything goes wrong again. Thanks a lot.
