Should I buy L730 or L640 ?

I am confused between the two phones. Should I get 730 or wait for L640 ? and guess for the price ?

The only difference I can make out Microsoft Lumia 640 Dual SIM vs. Nokia Lumia 730 Dual SIM - GSMArena.com is better camera, apart from the screen size and rounded corners on the 640.

At this point I would go for the 640 Reason: Bundled software; the camera's are great and coupled with Zeis; Lumia cam 5.0 out of the box; bigger display and a very smooth feel to the OS
