Windows Central Question

Hi guys, I want to upgrade my phone since my Lumia 1020 got the sim reader problem and that my BLU Win HD could use a little boost of speed. The new BLU Win HD have some great specs for 200$ and I found a Lumia 830 at 300$ unlocked and new. I know the 830 is kinda old but the built seems nice and I really love how Lumia phones have great cameras, glance, and these little tweaks. Is it worth the 100$? Not sure and this is why I'm here. The new BLU seems quite cool with those specs and the built seems better. Quite a dilemma ... I hope to hear from you folks about this.
Thanks

Re: BLU Win HD Lte VS Lumia 830

You'll be happy with either device. The Lumia 830 has more peripherals and third-party manufacturers building for it (i.e. screen protectors... cases.... etc) due to it being a Nokia device. You may not have the same accessory options for the BLU Win HD.

Nokia Lumia 830 vs. BLU Win HD LTE - GSMArena.com

830 has ClearBlack and GG3
HD LTE has that SoC upgrade to 410
830 has 16GB internal storage and states 128GB SD... True SD capacity of HD LTE not known at this time (1st Gen HD also states 32GB, but I've seen user reports that 64GB works... YMMV)
830 wins on rear camera by a big margin; MP, Zeiss, OIS, Large Sensor and (with full Denim + Lumia Camera 5) DNG
HD LTE has a more generous front camera for selfies and video chat
830 has Dolby Digital headphone output
830 has NFC and Qi
HD LTE has a slightly larger battery and a more efficient SoC so should have appreciably better battery endurance
HD LTE offers Dual SIM functionality
830 has a removable battery
830 offers interchangeable backs in multiple colors

830 will add in Lumia Firmware touches; EQ, Living Images, Lumia Moments, Vision Search, Double Tap to Wake and Glance. I am/was a big fan of the 925 and I have to say I personally like the styling of the 830 more, but just by a small margin. The camera placement on the HD LTE (in the corner) is not my fave.

I think 830 is a significant upgrade to the HD LTE, but if it is worth $100 comes down to your priorities.
