Should I get the 930 now? I have Lumia 1020.

I have the L1020 but it wont get the extras of Denim update like 4k, rich capture etc.
Im not annoyed about the 1020 being slow cause mine is not slow. Its pretty fast actually.

STRAIGHTFOWARD QUESTION: Should I get the 930 now? Or wait even more for a flagship phone?

If you really, really, really NEED those camera features, then get it. Otherwise no, you have a pretty decent phone. And MS might even release those extras later, 41MP probably needs some optimization.

The hidef amoled screen for watching movies or tv is incredible . I couldnt use anything less now after using the 930 .

Tough call. the 930 is a great phone, but the 1020 is pretty darn good too. you get a little larger screen, and some of those features you mentioned. I guess only you know if that's enough to make it worth it.

I own both. The 1020 I've owned since May, the 930 since December. I added the 930 because I wanted a 1080p display to complement the 720p display of the 1020. The 930's display is superb, and its camera hardly inferior to that of the 1020.

I gave my 1020 for a 930 and i enjoy it much more!!! Bigger with no camera bulge super screen and super fast. The camera is very nice, not as the 1020 but you enjoy every inch of the screen.

Get the green one. It looks beautiful. I have read that orange color is a bit darker than what it looks in the pictures, in case that matters to you. Anyway, the green is beautiful.

IMO keep your 1020 - its such a great phone. I have one too, and have been tempted to get a 930, but keep reminding myself there will likely be newer devices in the next 6-12 months and I'm going to want those too. I'm sticking with my 1020 while its still current and works. Mitt change once Windows 10 rolls out, but i'll wait and see

I would wait till after the press conference on the 21st or if you can hold out MWC. They may introduce a new flagship and its only 5 weeks of waiting. I'm in the same boat btw.

I don't have Denim yet. Unlocked, UK.
Which of the two phones would I choose if I could have only one? VERY difficult. The 930 is better in all ways except camera. The 1020 has the best camera of all smartphones. Which to keep? Hmmmmmmmmm. Hmmmmmm. Hmmmmm....well....I find that I can't decide.

Like someone said here: Never sell your 1020 because it will always be the king of the c?meras. I sold my Pureview 808 and I reger big time. Not because I would use it but would be cool to know that I have a phone that was THE CAMERA PHONE on the past! Like people that colect old cars
Its seems we will only get a true flagship phone by the end of summer 2015 so probably I will buy a 930. Hopefully the price will go down after MWC 2015. It cost 499€ in Portugal and the 1520 cost 399€ but I dont want a big phone. I already have a Iphone 6 Plus
