Should I have smooth Internet Radio stream on my new Surface 2?

My internet radio streams are "bumpy" making listening impossible. My other computer on the same wi-fi is smooth and wonderful but I wanted the blue tooth feature of the Surface. Streams TV/Netflixs well.

It took several updates to smooth out my radio. If you give it time, it should work itself out.
