Should I wait for WP 10

I have an older WP Lumia 822 and wanting to upgrade. Should I wait or is there a phone I can upgrade to now?

Present there is L830, L930 for upgrade. But as far as I know L830 is better for upgrade. But since only 7 months are left for W10 to hit stores . Its better to wait and buy phone with new hardware N excellent W10 os ( may be surface phone)... Its my opinion

Or buy an 830 and install WP10 via Insider. I did it and am happy with the results.

W10 for phone is still in beta testing, Microsoft stated in MWC that they will not produce a flagship(or probably a w10 phone) until the official w10 mobile has came out. But Microsoft just recently released the new midrange Lumia 640/640xl unfortunately its still running wp8.1.

This isn't really the best time to shop for new windows phone, probably look on the other platform and come back soon when there's a new flagship, or just better wait a bit.
