Should one buy lumia 1020 today in 2015?

I am thinking of buying Lumia 1020 by the last week of march 2015 as it costs a little less than 830 as for today. My doubts are about the processor. Is it still good and competent against 830? Or should i rather go forward and buy a 830 instead?
