Should the strerch strap on my MS Band have a big gap on it?

MS Band - Strap problem

When I put on my Band, I have to stretch a strap (of course, you cannot wear without this) and then I see big gabs between the strap and battery covers on both sides.

I am curious whether 2 small screws could hold these covers for long time ...

Do you see the same problem on your straps?
