Shuts off randomly

I actually had this problem with my last neo, it would shut off randomly 1-2 a day and the only way to turn it back on was the remove and replace the battery. Took it to sprint and they ordered me another one, and its doing it as well. Anyone else had this problem?

Do you have a case on your device. I had an issue with a case I was using that kept turning my device off. Just a thought.

Same here. I have a holster that just fits my phone while wearing that BodyGlove brand Dropsuit that Sprint was carrying. The cases seem to just contact the power button and a little pressure will do it.
I was rreally wondering why I would sometimes pull out my phone and it would be powered off, so I took off the Dropsuit and its never shut off on me again since.

A lot of the unknown brand named, inexpensive cases on Amazon are famous for that. Just enough pressure on the power button to cause havoc.

my phone shuts off and re-boots periodically as well, but only when I am using the Camera. If I put the phone to sleep while the Camera App is running, the Phone turns off instead of going to sleep.

I do have a case for my phone, i'll try taking off and see if the behavior persists.

If you have EVER opened the Shooting Modes app on your ATIV phone than from that day forward, it will power off when sleep initiates after using the camera. Super annoying but resolved with a hard reset.... I suggest never opening Shooting Modes.

on ATT ,yes i did notice this: sometimes 3 or 4 times a day: not at night, only during the day: then other days it doesnt do it at all smh...
