Shutter speed issues on Windows Camera

For a couple of months the Camera app just takes photos in Auto mode, even though I set a custom value to Shutter speed. I used to take full moon photos with 4 seconds shutter speed, but not anymore. I saw the issue reported on Feedback Hub but it's. Been a few months no fix for a simple app issue

iam also facing your stated issue and trying to figure it out what exactly is the problem....do you find any solutions other than soft reset bcoz mine was fixed after reset but again got back the same problem after updating windows camera application...
