Can any former Android users inform if there are any apps in the Play store that give you control over shutter speed or is there a way at all to get control over shutter speeds in the Android OS at all? Just curious.

Is there a setting on the manual controls and what device is it for?

You properly get a better answer over on Android Central forum.

Yeah I figured but I don't think I need to now. The fact that I have never seen a long exposure shot on any other operating system pretty much sums it up for me. Windows Phone ftw.

Just went to check out the new HTC One camera interface and it is the only non-Windows Phone I've seen with actual controls for shutter speed in manual mode. But that 4 megapixel camera though... Can't wait to see the new crop of WP8.1 devices. Also I played with the Lumia Icon and it is indeed perfect.
