Shutting down notification

Every time I switch off my phone I get a screen asking me why, and offering a variety of reasons to choose from. Is there any way I can just get to the "Goodbye" screen without this annoying intrusion?

Every time I switch off my phone I get a screen asking me why, and offering a variety of reasons to choose from. Is there any way I can just get to the "Goodbye" screen without this annoying intrusion?

Have you tried pulling out the battery while it is on and then starting it back up to try to shut it down again?
