Sign in Unsupported for Groove and Films & TV ?

Even after the update today I am unable to sign in to Groove music,it says that sign in is not supported in my region.I am in located in India.
Films & TV also does not let me sign in .
Am I the only one or others are also experiencing this problem ?

Groove Music or Films & TV login is not supported in India. It is supported in the following countries-
Argentina
Australia
Austria
Belgium
Brazil
Canada
Denmark
Finland
France
Germany
Ireland
Italy
Japan
Mexico
Netherlands
New Zealand
Norway
Portugal
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland
United Kingdom
United States

I do not see the need to login as people not in these countries cannot use a Groove pass anyways.
