Sim Error

Sim error! I changed the Sim, still occurs.... Help!

Had to get mine repaired as broke a pin using a nano converter, check pins are there

How to check the pins???

Take out sim tray, shine a torch inside, you may need a magnifying glass, If they are all there (6) then maybe put a thin bit of tape on reverse side of sim card to help it make contact with pins, Hope you can sort it out without repair

If i get it repaired, all the data on the phone not erased right?

Not sure but always wise to reset before sending it as you don't want prying eyes checking out all your stuff
