Sims Freeplay In-game purchase

I spent $4.99 on some simoleons, but they aren't showing up in my game. I can't seem to find a place to contact ea support, at least not for WP. I've closed and reopened the app, but no luck. Does anyone have any tips for me?

I just knew I should have behaved and not bought any... :P
 
Try to buy it again, when the store shows up wait for it to load and press install. Nope, I'm not talking about the game, I'm talking about the in-app purchase, I too have had the same issue and the publisher told me to do so.
 
I don't have an install button...I hit the option in the online store and it takes me to the purchase screen, but there's only buy or cancel. If I hit buy I'll just get charged again...
 
Is that so? Then you should contact the publisher about that and ask about a refund, make sure you have a proof of purchase
 
That's the problem, I can't find a way to contact them. The in-app help link is just FAQs, the EA support twitter account isn't responding, I tried signing up on Origin to get a hold of someone there, but I "can't make an account at this time." I need a phone number, but I can't find one.
 
go to microsoft's support page, I asked there to help me first then they gave me the contact for the publisher I needed
