Since I went to W10 mobile preview, my hotspot disconnect when the screen turns off. Why does it do this?

Since I went to W10 mobile preview, my hotspot disconnect when the screen turns off.

Pretty much all in the title.

Since I went to W10 mobile a week ago, whenever I use the Hotspot (wi-fi), whenever the screen of the mobile phone turns off, other devices lose the connection.

I stopped a few posts about it, but hey're from 2015, so no answer.
Soft reset doesn't work.

Is that u upgraded from win8.1 or you brought an brand new win10 build phone?
also which is ur device?

The last straw for me was the hotspot issue that never got fixed. I went iOS.
