Since Update 2, Cortana no longer speaks my texts through my hands-free device - Lumia 735

I have a Lumia 735 and since Update #2 Cortana no longer speaks the texts in my car. The phone is paired, I can receive calls but my texts are mute. Settings do not seemed to have changed with the update.

I am having issues also. I receive texts and they are read sometimes. When it does read them and then asks if I wish to reply and I say yes, it cuts out while I am speaking my reply. It did work fine until recently. What is Update #2?
