Windows 10 Lumia 735 can no longer connect with Windows 10 desktop

For the last couple of weeks I have no longer been able to connect my Windows 10 mobile Lumia 735 with my Windows 10 desktop computer. It won't recognize it. I've tried reinstalling drivers on the desktop, but to no avail. (I don't know if I've actually found the correct drivers.)

What's worse! Since upgrading my Lumia 735 from Windows 8.1 to 10, it longer uploads my photos to my OneDrive, so now I have no convenient way to get my photos from my phone to my desktop.
