upgraded to windows 10, Cortana isnt talking
Isn't Cortana supposed to have an audio voice like siri?, if so for some reason i'm not hearing her talk. is there a sound driver check or some way of doing a test to find out why she is on perma mute?! I see her display in text in the "chat" box.
