I searched for "SiriusXM Windows 10" and this is the description I got on Bing for a link to Sirius's FAQ section of their site:

"Are you creating a Streaming SiriusXM app for Windows 10?

listenercare.siriusxm.com ? Help & Support

Yes, we are currently developing a SiriusXM Streaming app to support Windows 10. The app will be available in 2016 for Windows 10" ?

However, when I clicked on the link I saw this:

"FAQ Answer Detail

Are you creating a streaming app for Windows 10?

SiriusXM does not publicly comment on future product plans. We constantly evaluate the market and make determinations about upgrading our service based on the best interests of our subscribers."

Not sure what to make of it. Hopefully we'll be getting an app soon. I'm going to email them. I'll update if I get any substantial information.

Not surprisingly, I got a nothing answer:

"We currently do not have information as to when the SiriusXM Mobile Application will be upgraded to support more smartphone models and other qualifying Internet-enabled devices. We will forward your feedback to the appropriate department for further review. We apologize for any dissatisfaction this may cause and we appreciate your patience in this matter."

Yep, sounds like you got a typical boilerplate answer that won't say anything. It sounds like maybe they have started on an app, based on the first response you posted, then their PR dept started non-answers.

Anyone have any luck with listenxm? I sent a tweet to SiriusXM asking about an app, no response yet, but the more of us that do it the better our chances are of getting an app.

That listenxm app sucks. No On Demand is a deal breaker for me. You can't even save favorite channels. Garbage app.

Agreed, not worth the extra monthly fee if you have to use that app, but things are looking up for the possibility of an official app.

Supposedly one is coming. I mentioned it in my first post in the thread and there was something on Reddit about an upcoming app. Sirius won't say a word about it. I email then every few weeks but I can't get anything. The year is half over, I hope we get something soon.
