Site loads itself a few times

Hey Guys,

The site has become incredibly slow the last few times I visited. I think It's so slow because It loads itselfs a few times.



As you van see It loads itselfs alot, and It does this over the entire body.

Try clearing your browser cache files. If that doesn't fix the loading problem, try clearing your browsing History.

Doesn't help, I think that the problem is with the ad system. Or I am the only one who notices this?

Which browser and OS are you using?

I'm using Windows 8.1 on IE11(modern), but had the same problem on chrome. BTW since today the problem disappeared.

It's a joy to use the site again! :grin:

Problem came back today :-( , just tested and again with both Chrome and IE. Perhaps something to do with that the site was down this morning?

Did anything change on your end?

Not that I am aware of. I was thinking about something to do with the cache or cookies or something, but it doesn't matter whether I'm accessing the site normally or through private mode.

Edit: I do notice that on the forum I get an 404 on the places where the site would normally reload itself. Perhaps because the forum is an subdomain?

Any plugins running in either of those browsers r within the OS? Or ad blockers? If you're up for it can you try Firefox and go for the holy trinity?

No, don't have any plug-ins Installer on IE, on chrome I Installed JSON formatter. No adblocks.
Firefox doesn't have the problem. The only thing I have what others might not have is an changed host file. But there are only .local directives that redirect towards localhost.
