Skype does not ring anymore

Hello,

I have a strange problem. Since several weeks, maybe a couple of months Skype is not ringing anymore when in standby on two Surface RTs in my family, while it still is on a SP3.

This is how it worked until recently. Basically, my parents and in-laws ha their Surfaces in standby (didn't use them for a while and the screens are off) and when we would call with Skype, the Surface would ring. Not anymore. When they call is though, our SP3 still rings even when in standby.

Does anybody have a solution for that?

It may sound obvious but have you made sure your installs are okay? Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the behaviour is the same I'd say this is a bug with the current Skype version. My phone rings fine, though.

Yes, my phone does ring as well. I had then to reinstall Skype, but it didn't help. Thanks for the help.
