Group video calls rolls out for Skype. As seen on blogs.skype.com. (Unable to post link due to forum rules)

Just a few weeks ago, we announced the next evolution of Skype ? group video calling on mobile phones and tablets. Tens of thousands of you pre-registered to get a sneak-peak, giving us invaluable feedback that helped us fine-tune the experience. So a huge thank you for helping us get group video calling on mobile just right; we couldn?t have got there without you.

Today, we?ve started rolling out group video calling on iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets in Western Europe and North America and we expect to have completed our roll-out to these markets over the next week or so. We plan to be fully available worldwide in March. Soon, everyone will have the freedom to enjoy totally free group get-togethers anytime, anywhere ? and with anyone they want.

For everyone except Windows Phone users, right?

The statement just says that they have started rolling out to iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't roll it out to Windows Phones, although that could also mean the contrary. But taking into consideration the word "everyone" and the phrases "fully available worldwide" and "anyone they want" - which are not terms of exclusivity - the rollout should also be started for Windows Phones, albeit later than iPhone, iPad and Android phones and tablets.

We need more optimism!

It's coming to windows 10 mobile as well. They've been working on the ios and android versions for a while but the windows 10 one was only released recently. Ofc they are gonna save the best for last ;)
