Skype login problem

I bought new windows 735 and to my disappointment, iam unable to log into skype. It says "Sign in unsuccessful, you cannot be signed in at this time. Please check your network settings and try again." do any one has this problem? how to solve this?

Have you tried restarting your phone before trying to login again?
