Skype, Messenger, Texting Issues on T-Mobile

Hey everyone!

Sorry if these have been mentioned before. I've been using and liking my TMobile 640 for a bit now. However, I have some issues...

Skype and Messenger will sometimes notify me that I've received something but then won't actually download the messages while marking them as read.

Lastly, I also have issues receiving texts sometimes...they just don't show up. I've disabled WiFi calling/texting because I thought that was causing the problem.

Anyone have an idea what's going on?

This is strange. Has the text thing ever happened with any of your previous phones? As for Skype, does this only happen on the phone or does it also happen when you are online on the computer too?

I haven't tried Skype or Messenger on my 640 so I can't say that I know how it can act up.

Text issues only with this phone...even my WiFi TMobile 925 was ok.

Skype and messenger issues only happen on the phone, not on the computer.
