Skype, non-speaker calls not audible. HTC Trophy

Skype beta came out when I had my Arrive, and then I switched and I have a Trophy now. On both devices, I could not hear Skype calls unless it was set to Speaker. If it's set to the default Ear whatever you call it, non-speaker phone, I can hear the Skype call ringing and the sound when it ends a call, but no audio when the call is ongoing.

Anyone else? I posted this a while back in the Skype bugs thread but to no avail.
