Thought I'd share lol... only 33 minutes of "Restful sleep" and woke up 11 times... HAHA

I have a 2 month old...

Something is wrong here. I have two teens and my sleep data look pretty much the same. Does that mean it NEVER gets better???

Oh well, congrats on the new one. Sometimes I wish I could put mine back in diapers, lock them in up in beds with bars (aka cribs) and return us to the days where my word was law. :winktongue:

It gets better but you didn't have Band then (when kids were btwn 5 and pre-teems), and now you have to wait...

While these guys are waking up for feeding and changing, your probably waking up for sounds of sneaking out, getting home late, staying up late in their room on school nights and so on... So sort of the same but different

Now you have to wait until being an empty nester and hope they don't move back home!

Btw, I'm in the same boat as you and my sleep looks like this too.

I agree, same but different!

In my case I may also be grinding my teeth at night over things like "will they get into a good college?" and "how will we PAY for it?!?!??!" LOL

Congrats OP, it'll get better. :)

I'm in the same boat as gadgetrants, I have one graduating in 2 weeks and the other in drivers ed...... so, I no longer sleep with my band on :)

Ooof! Better you guys than me.......I generally have zero wake-ups during the night! :winktongue: Congrats, and I'm sure it will get better!

lol I'll be seeing how my sleep will be in a few days when my newborn boy comes. I didn't have the band back when my twins were born, but it probably would have looked the same as the OP (maybe a little worse).

I have no kids, but my sleep tracking looks similar to the OP. I have two 60 lbs. dogs that sleep in my bedroom (sometimes on my chest during stormy weather), but I'd estimate that less than 10% of the times I wake up during the night have anything to do with the dogs on an average night.

I have some bad news for those of you with little children or even teens - it never gets much better. My stats look like the OP and my baby is 41 (No, he does not live with me - he has 3 children of his own at his house.)
