Sling TV for Xbox One off to bad start!

Some (myself included) keep getting errors. I tried to create an account last night and received an error that "an account could not be created with my email address at this time." This morning, I uninstalled the app and restarted the console (it's set to completely power down for a true restart). Now, a different error emerges during the installation process. Bummer. Anyone having success with this?

Have you tried creating an account via website and then logging in on the Xbox?

I use Sling on a Roku and Fire TV. They have had their share of issues. :/. I can almost guarantee you'll get connection issues come The Walking Dead air time. Lol. If you plan on watching that show, log on early...

Ah...yes...I was thinking about it, but was worried it would cause more problems at the moment. Has anyone had success with that approach?
