slow recharge if battery is not totally drained

If the battery on my 950 is completely discharged then it takes not much more than an hour to recharge it. But eg if 10% power back then it takes nearly two hours to recharge it. how can it be?

have you seen that happen often? Or was it once? Probably the first time you discharged the battery, it recalibrated the battery and now it takes longer
Observe for a few days - if it still has issues, try getting a replacement battery

Are you using the original charger? Charging with a wireless charger or through pc takes a much longer time

Then I suggest getting a replacement from where you got it - I'm sure warranty applies

I had started developing the same symptom as you until my original charger started to fail completely. Contact MS for a replacement and see if that resolves your isssue- if not then you need to have them replace the phone too.
