Smaller Windows 10 tablets with new interface

I was seeing all of that stuff about Windows 10 and I just noticed (as many of you) an interesting Phone and a Tablet on that photo with all devices with Windows 10...
What's more interesting is the UI on something that looks like an 8inch tab, that Windows Phone UI (even with on screen button).
