SMS Alerts Gone

Hi

Just reset everything on Windows 10. Had to do it again to get rid of a bug. When I had everything set up first, I got SMS alerts on the banner and the sound played. Now, that doesn't happen. I have been through every setting and everything is updated, switched on to play and display the alerts and I have switched the phone off and on again and still nothing.

Any advice, as this is rather a big annoyance.
