sms notification

Hey guys,
Does anybody know if there is a way to change the SMS notification at the top of the screen to not display the message, and instead just the contact name or something? Thanks in advance!

The only really lame way I know how to do it, is to but a bunch of spaces after the persons name in the contact info and then some random character.

It conversely, makes it looks pretty silly in other places though.

Nope it can't be turned off I'm afraid jburke2510.

The only thing you can do with it, is swipe it away. (Swipe to the right)

Haha...why?! Because I always have my phone out at work and don't want anyone to be able to see personal conversations it I get a text. Thanks everyone.
