Sms problems with at&t

Am I alone with this problem?
At least once a day, I fail to receive text messages for at least 20 minutes after they have been sent. Doesn't matter who sends them, I don't get them for minutes sometimes even hours.
I get full signal strength on lte on my 1520 running 14342.1003 but this issue has been happening with my phone since 8.1

Check that you have the correct APN entered, should probably be "nxtgenphone"

Ask for a reprovision on your SIM.
