SnapChat Client - Specter

Hello, guys.
Does anyone have Specter XAP File to share?
Specter is free for download on Microsoft Store this week /info from myAppFree - I will share the link for those who want to check it/, but when I open Specter in Store it says that the app is currently not available.
If there is any other way to install the app, please let me know.

I think there's something bigger here, the description says: "This app is temporarily unavailable. I'm sorry!"
