Snapdragon 810 and snapdragon 615 heating issues ???

I read many articles on that the sd800 and sd 615 processors have heating issues.....what is your experience with that processors who using android devices...does it true then what do you think.....should Microsoft use them or not...??in upcoming flagships and upper mid ranges.....
