Intel Arizona factory jobs: Trump meets Intel CEO Brian Krzanich

Trump announces that he has commitment from Intel CEO that a factory to be built in Arizona over the next 3-4 years will be used to produce 7 nm chips. That's when the factory is scheduled to be completed, let alone start of production.

As I predicted, 10 nm will be the norm for at least 5 years. That's a really long time.

Wonder what they'll do with the other fabs already in place here in AZ. The newest one can't be older than 5-10 yrs. Yet plans are plans it could be just an add on to the newest fab.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
I started picking up in the registry some areas that caught my attention. It was in reference to directories that did not exist under %SYSTEMROOT%, or at least not yet. The directory was listed as \windows\sysarm32 and this was on my Lumia 650. I do not know enough about the W10M OS to say whether this is old news or not. However I doubt the 650 will make the cut to the W10 ARM version, but if they need to get any R&D with data collection from it to further development then it has to be setup the same way as all the other 13-14 models left. When the CU update comes and gets into full swing, for me things will start to get interesting. Anyone know what this directory is for or in reference too? A quick web search turned up nada.
