So how will YOU organize your new Start screen?

either my top row or fourth row will be 4 small icons for phone, messaging, email, people; the other three rows will be 2 medium and a large, probably calendar, weather, me tile

the rest will be a mix of medium and large

(boring i know, but i'm not a huge fan of the small tiles)

I only have 18 tiles right now, or 9 rows. I find tapping the first letter of an app in list view faster than scrolling the home screen. So, my pinned apps are mostly important things like email with notifications, my favorite apps, and those apps with exceptionally nice live tiles.

With wp7.8 (since I'm not upgrading phones anytime soon) I want to add more tiles. Pictures is definitely staying double wide, but I don't have any other plans, except keeping the homescreen about two pages long.
