Eh, it was a meaningless reply to someone who had already gotten his to start downloading before this provisioning error happened. Its meaningless for most of us and no, the provisioning is still not working again.

Windows 10 Phone TP Server Error

I have Lumia 625,
I'm from India & after I came to know that the next build has been pushed... I selected "Get preview builds" But it showed this message every time
"A connection error prevented us from downloading programs for you. Please check the date/time of your device and it's network connection and try again."
what to do?

Still says "up to date" and Windows Insider is loading. Tried refrigerating it and wrapping it with foil no go. So don't try.
