So who's watching the Olympics?

I am watching the Luge tonight, and I am thinking are you kidding me? 140 km per hour (87 mph) laying on your back on two rails? If you make a mistake at that speed you're gone.

I was watching figure skating earlier. I use to play hockey and I skate real well, but there is no way I could do a triple spin and land right. :grin:

Just saw some replays of it! Wow! I like living on the edge sometimes. But that's crazy. I saw a replay of the Italian who crashed. Looked rough. Not sure if she is ok. But it looks like the suit might be designed for it.

I always watch! And luge is scary stuff, that unfortunate incident in Vancouver with that one poor sole was just upsetting.

But I'm proud to say US owned on slopestyle! ;D

Luge is insane, but it's also one of my favourite sports to watch. You could never pay me enough to actually try it though.

Final score U.S. Women's Hockey 9 Switzerland 0 The big game for the U.S. Women's Hockey comes on Wednesday, February 12th against Canada (7:00AM EST, I think). Canada is much more physical team, but the U.S. has speed that the Canadians are going to have to deal with.

The U.S. women’s hockey team has advanced to the gold medal game of the Olympic tournament by beating Sweden 6-1 0n Monday. Team USA will play the winner of the Canada/Switzerland for the gold medal game on Thursday.
