soft reset 920 and date and time changed

when I press the volume down with power button to soft reset my phone the date and time rolls back to September or November anybody experience this?

I called my wife and then the phone was frozen and nothing worked, only soft reset!
after reset it was changed back to november

It's NOT a bug, it just does a soft reset that way. Don't need to change any handset for it.

Not all carriers are sending it. However, I don't know how you can actually check/verify this.
My provider is sending it, and the date and time is correctly adjusted on my phone after a soft reset (I can see the September, 2012 date until I have a connection).

After soft reset: 1 Sep 2012 @ midnight
15 minutes later: 6 Feb 2013 @ 0:15
another 15 minutes: Current date @ 0:30
another 15 minutes: Current date @ Current time

Weird but it took like 45 minutes to pick up correct date time
