Softcard and AmEx Serve

I just got my secure SIM and set up a Serve account. I go into the app and see that my Serve balance is $0.00 (obviously, I just set up the account). I tap the + sign to add money to the account and it takes me to the Serve site. However, it does not let me do anything after that. I cannot tap the number field to state how much I want to add to the card and nothing happens when I tap the add new source button. Has anyone else experienced this? Is their website not compatible with IE on Windows Phone? Is there any way to add $ on the phone?

I use Serve, but not with Softcard,to pay my kids' allowance. Each has their own card under a sub-account. Have you set up the funding of your card with a bank account or credit card?

Oh, and for what it's worth, AmEx has no official apps for Windows Phone, but their websites (for both Serve and regular AmEx cards) are superior to the apps for iPhone (which my kids both use) and they format perfectly on the phone using IE. I use the WebApps app to pin both sites to my start screen, and they behave just like regular native apps.

I have gotten two emails from my one and only credit card that they are on Apple Pay and I cannot get Softcard to say one way or another if they will add them. Their response was to transfer funds with the AmEx Serve you shouldn't have to shuffle money from one place to another just to use their app

To the OP, from my own experience if you're on the DP, IE will not log you in. I had to use the Nokia Updater to get back to stock 8.1 and then it worked flawlessly. Must be a firmware bug.
