Some apps won't download

Having a problem with some apps Mostly quizup. There's no picture of it in the app store and when I try to install it just doesn't. There are some other apps that wont update or install. Is this a problem with the store or me?

Have you changed regions on the phone?
Change it back to your original region

Have never changed my region. I have notice two of the apps say there installed in the store even thou they aren't
