some apps wont open !! whats the problem? please answer me

My whatsapp , uc browser and many apps wont open. I can restored my windows 10 mobile , but problem still continue. How can i solve this Problem??? Am using lumia 730

Are these apps on SD card? Try moving them to internal storage.

9/10 this is my problem as well. WhatsApp can only be installed internally, but if you keep files/photos on the SD card, I've also anecdotally found this to be an issue.
