Some hacked my Nokia Lumia 520 mobile, how do I get it back in my control only?

some hacked my nokia lumia 520 mobile

automatically calls are going.. camera clicked picture..some settings are changed and from my phone mail is being sent to my Microsoft account , i used to keep data connection on, can any 1 tell how its possible..what is solution
