Some one call to my phone I can't see the her/his name with one SIM.

Please resolved the issue. It has long time in my Phone. After that it was resolved the windows 10 update. But so many time stuck the phone after the update windows 10. Rollback from windows 10 to windows 8.1 same issue has happen. (I have two SIM and Included Phone Number for Phone Book. Some one call to my phone I can see the her/his name with one SIM. Then he/she call to other SIM I can't see her/his Name.)
