Some parts of my touch screen doesn't work.

The top of my touch screen doesn't work, but the bottom of it works correctly.
I did soft reset but it doesn't work.
What do you think about it?
If a part of touch connectivity argent torn, all of touch won't work or some parts of it?

Did you drop it? And bye bye notification centre lol

Try a hard reset.... Or even a soft reset will hopefully help
